Dates are quite well known in our country. However, what you may not know about them is that they have very positive effects on our health. They contain a relatively large amount of antioxidants that help reduce inflammation in the body, improve sleep , and even help suppress hunger.
On the other hand, pistachios are among the healthiest nuts ever . They are loaded with health-promoting nutrients that protect cells from various diseases. Pistachios also contain vitamin B6, which helps regulate blood sugar levels.
And since we are fans of healthy foods, we decided to combine these two "superfoods" into one dish. And so these date-pistachio balls were created.
They are very quick to prepare, healthy and contain no added sugar or fat.
And how can you make these date-pistachio balls at home?
