This creamy drink combines the properties and texture of crunchy peanut butter with the sweetness of ripe bananas, creating a delightful treat that is perfect for breakfast or a mid-day snack. With an added touch of cocoa powder and a hint of vanilla, this smoothie is sure to delight your taste buds.

Vegan smoothie with crunchy peanut butter - recipe.

Ingredients:

- 2 bananas, ripe and frozen

- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 cup oat milk

- 3/4 cup ice

Instructions:

1. Start by peeling and slicing ripe bananas. Place them in a resealable bag or freezer container and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.

2. Once the bananas are frozen, remove them from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.

3. Add frozen bananas, crunchy peanut butter , unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, oat milk, and ice to a blender.

4. Blend ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If necessary, stop the blender and scrape down the sides with a spatula to make sure all ingredients are well incorporated.

5. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness to your preference. If you want it sweeter, you can add a sweetener, such as honey or maple syrup. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add more frozen bananas or ice.

6. When you have reached the desired consistency and taste, pour the smoothie into glasses.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy your crunchy peanut butter smoothie!

Note: You can customize this recipe by adding a handful of spinach or kale. You can also sprinkle crushed peanuts on top of the smoothie for extra crunch.
