Ingredients: fine rolled oats (68%), peanut butter flavored protein (14%) [ whey protein concentrate, emulsifier - sunflower lecithin, skimmed milk powder , flavor, chicory inulin, sweetener - sucralose, vanilla crystal], peanuts (13%), freeze-dried blueberries (3%), chia seeds (2%).

Preparation instructions: After removing the lid, pour about 100ml of hot water or milk over the mixture (add more liquid for a thinner porridge). Mix thoroughly, cover with a paper lid and let stand for 2 minutes.
