Our pistachio butter is made from Greek pistachios, imported from our local grower in their raw state. At first glance, pistachios are different from the nuts commonly available in supermarkets. Their color ranges from deep green to purple, and they are significantly larger than mass-produced pistachios.
When the pistachios arrive at our house, we roast them ourselves using only hot air, without using any fat. This way we are able to preserve the exceptional taste and quality, while achieving a soft, creamy consistency of the resulting pistachio butter. After roasting, it is extremely important to observe the exact time between roasting and grinding. This time can significantly affects the final appearance and taste of the spread.

100% pistachio butter does not contain any sugar, salt, palm or other fat, preservatives or other additives. It is also gluten-free, and therefore suitable for coeliacs. We recommend storing in a dark and dry place, at room temperature. The shelf life of the butter depends on the pistachio harvest, but it is usually 12 months from production. After opening, we recommend mixing and consuming within 60 days.
