Protein oatmeal with caramel flavor.

Ingredients: fine rolled oats (68%), caramel-flavoured protein (14%) [ whey protein concentrate, emulsifier - sunflower lecithin, skimmed milk powder , flavouring, chicory inulin, sweetener - sucralose, colour - caramel, vanilla crystal], macadamia nuts (13%), freeze-dried blueberries (3%), chia seeds (2%).

Preparation instructions: After removing the lid, pour about 100ml of hot water or milk over the mixture (add more liquid for a thinner porridge). Mix thoroughly, cover with a paper lid and let stand for 2 minutes.
