You probably all know the cookie named after the Austrian baker Oscar Pishinger from Vienna - the so-called "pischinger".
We'll show you how to prepare this delicious dessert in literally a few minutes.
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of wafers
- chocolate-nut spread - we used our ČokoNuty
- apricot or plum jam
- 100g dark chocolate
- 10g butter
- 50ml whipping cream
- 20g cashew nuts
Procedure:
Spread the jam on the wafer, place another wafer and spread it with ChocoNuts, then another wafer with jam again, and continue like this until you have finished all the wafers. Be careful, leave the top wafer clean.
Prepare a water bath and melt the dark chocolate and butter, then mix together with the whipping cream in a bowl. This should not take more than 5 minutes.
Once the ingredients are mixed, let the frosting sit for a while and cool.
Then pour the frosting over the top of the prepared wafers. Start from the center and carefully spread it out to the edges with a spatula.
Lightly crush the cashews and sprinkle them on top of the cake.
Afterwards, it is ideal to let the cake sit in the refrigerator overnight and the next day you can look forward to a delicious treat with your coffee :)
