Unbaked fit bars with hazelnut-coconut butter.

You'll love these no-bake fit bars as soon as you taste them. They're packed with healthy nutrients and are sure to give you strength and energy whenever you need it. 

Fit bars are very simple to make and take no more than 10 minutes to make. They are also much cheaper than store-bought bars. They are high in protein, fiber, and low in sugar.

What can you add to these fit bars?

To be honest, the final contents are up to you. Besides oatmeal, hazelnut-coconut butter, and dark chocolate, you can add almost anything you have at home.

Feel free to add chopped nuts, dried fruit, protein powder, ground cinnamon, or other spices to them.

No-bake fit bars with hazelnut-coconut butter. – recipe 

What will you need?

  • 2 cups of oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 hazelnut-coconut butter from InfiNuta
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 100g dark chocolate with high cocoa content (min. 70%)
  • Oil in spray

How to proceed?

  1. Prepare a 20cm x 20cm baking tin and line it with foil. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats and chia seeds. Also add the protein powder if using.
  3. In another bowl, add the hazelnut-coconut butter, melted coconut oil, and honey. Mix well and microwave for 20 seconds. If you prefer, you can put these ingredients in a smaller saucepan and gently heat on the stove.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, add the chopped dark chocolate and mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into your mold, spread it evenly and press it firmly against the bottom of the mold.
  6. Place in the refrigerator and let it sit for about 1 hour. Since these fit bars are unbaked, they will last in the refrigerator for up to a week.
