What will you need?
- 300 g chocolate (200g dark and 100g milk chocolate)
- 100 g butter
- 200 g plain flour (type 650)
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 100 g cane sugar
- 3 eggs
- 25 0g package Classic INFINUTY Nut Mix
- 6-8 tablespoons of sour and preferably yellow/orange jam, such as gooseberry, sea buckthorn or apricot
Procedure:
1. Melt the butter and chopped chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.In a mixer, mix the flour, salt, vanilla sugar and cane sugar.
Add the eggs, mix.
2. Pour the melted chocolate over the butter and mix the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.

3. Place the dough on a cake tin lined with parchment paper and gently roll it out.
Scatter the chopped nuts on top, pressing lightly into the dough.
Place in an oven preheated to 160 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
4. Then remove the baking dish for a moment and spread the nuts with jam (if it is too
thick, it needs to be heated in a pot with a little water). Put the mold back in
oven for about 25-30 minutes. After this time, remove from the oven and let
cool down.
