Our pistachio butter is made exclusively from premium Greek pistachios sourced raw from our trusted local grower. From the very first glance, these pistachios stand out from the supermarket varieties. Their colour ranges from vibrant green to deep purple, and they are noticeably larger than mass-produced pistachios.
Once they arrive at our roastery, we roast them ourselves using only hot air—never oil or fat. This allows us to preserve their exceptional flavour and quality while creating the smooth, creamy texture that defines our pistachio butter. After roasting, it is essential to allow the pistachios to cool for precisely the right amount of time before grinding, as even small variations can significantly affect the texture and flavour of the final product.

Our 100% Pistachio Butter contains no added sugar, salt, palm oil, other oils, preservatives, or artificial ingredients. It is also naturally gluten-free, making it suitable for people with coeliac disease as well as vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life depends on the pistachio harvest but is typically 12 months from the date of production. Stir well after opening and consume within 60 days.

The competition, held annually in Dorset, England, attracted nearly 13,000 products, with just over 1.5% receiving the coveted 3-Star rating.
