Our hazelnuts come from two different sources, depending on the season, quality, and availability. The first source is our favourite grower, Konstantin from Greece, who also supplies us with the peanuts, almonds, and pistachios he cultivates. Our second source is Georgia, whose hazelnuts earned a place in our range thanks to their exceptional quality. We purchase both varieties raw and roast them ourselves using our own recipe. Instead of roasting them in oil or other fats, we use only hot air. The hazelnuts are roasted with their skins on, preserving their distinctive flavour as well as their valuable nutrients.

No added sugar. No added salt. No palm oil. Gluten-free. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
